As an MSP, you can use the settings on this page to apply your own custom branding across the platform. Your company name and logo will be used in the user interface as well as in emails and reports. You can also specify a display email address, which will be shown as the sender for emails relating to security awareness training.

Depending on which solutions you've enabled, your branding will appear in the following places:
Company logo across the platform on the left navigation bar:
Email Security:
Company name in email security banners that are added to user emails
Phishing Simulation:
Company name and logo in Phishing Simulation emails
Company logo on You've been phished page after user clicks on a lure
Company logo on monthly reports
Security Awareness Training (SAT):
Company name and logo in SAT emails
Company name in SAT modules
Company logo on SAT error messages
Company logo on monthly reports
Display email address in SAT emails
Report Manager:
Company logo on PDF reports
Note
You must have a Super Administrator role to access and update branding. See MSP Administrators for more information about roles.
Follow the steps below to apply your own branding:
Company Name
You can edit your company name and/or your display email address in the Company Name tab. Changing your company name means that the new name will replace TitanHQ on all of your branding. You can edit your display email address so that users will see their training emails coming from the new address.
Go to Settings > Branding and by default, the Company Name tab appears.
If you want to change your company name, enter a company name up to 45 characters in the Company Name Field.
To change your display email address, enter the new email address in the Display Email Address field.
Select Apply my Name.
To revert to the TitanHQ name, select Restore Default. You'll be prompted to confirm your decision in a pop-up window.move here
Company Logo
To apply your own logo to the customer-facing interface:
Go to Settings > Branding, and select the Company Logo tab.
You can upload both Light and Dark background logos by clicking in the respective boxes to drag and drop your logos. Note that if you upload only one logo, it'll be used on both light and dark backgrounds.
Note
Images can be in SVG, PNG, WebP format only.
Maximum size is 2048KB, 380 x 100 px.
Select Apply my Logo to upload your logo(s).
To revert to the TitanHQ logo, select Restore Default.
